Finance Operations Coordinator (1‑year contract)

About the role

Al Tayer Insignia is seeking a Finance Operations Coordinator to support supply‑chain finance activities for a 12‑month period. You will act as the bridge between planning, buying, suppliers and the finance team, ensuring accurate vendor registration, payment processing and documentation.

Key responsibilities

• Liaise with planning and buying teams to verify supplier information and bank details for correct vendor registration.
• Provide weekly updates on payment and delivery status to planners.
• Supply finance with data for drafting Letters of Credit (LC) and manage LC applications, tracking expiry dates and amendments.
• Resolve shipment discrepancies, coordinate corrective actions with suppliers, planners and warehouse.
• Submit claims for damages or returns and ensure timely accounting.
• Maintain organized documentation systems, records and databases.

Required profile

• Graduate degree in Commerce, Finance or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in finance, supply‑chain or related operations.
• Strong numerical and analytical abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Highly organized and detail‑oriented.

Required skills

• Proficiency with IT systems.
• High level of computer literacy.
