Finance Reconciliation Analyst

About the role

Taptap Send is looking for a Finance Reconciliation Analyst to join its Dubai hub. You will be responsible for ensuring that expected funding movements match actual settlements across dozens of currency corridors, protecting the company’s cash and balance sheet as the business scales.

Key responsibilities

• Own monthly and quarterly reconciliation of expected versus actual funding movements across multiple currency corridors.
• Identify, document, and investigate genuine discrepancies in settlement data.
• Manage escalations with banking and disbursement partners and collaborate closely with internal teams.
• Maintain data integrity across financial systems and source records.
• Provide senior leadership with clear, well‑supported analysis on fund reconciliation and balance‑sheet impact.
• Drive process improvement and automation to build a scalable reconciliation infrastructure.

Required profile

• 1‑3 years of experience in finance, treasury, accounting or related reconciliation functions.
• Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail.
• Ability to work cross‑functionally with operations, finance and external partners.
