Finance & Strategy Manager – Modelling

About the role

Revolut is seeking a Finance & Strategy Manager to lead financial model design and forecasting for its UAE operations. Reporting to the Head of Finance, you will use advanced data structuring and analysis techniques to provide accurate forecasts that support executive decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Own a portion of the financial forecast used by the Executive Committee, Board, and investors.
• Design and build financial models, structuring data to enable insightful analysis.
• Collaborate with Accounting, Data Science, Growth, Treasury, Risk, and other teams to ensure data consistency.
• Create and present analysis for senior leadership, regulators, and other stakeholders.
• Improve forecasting processes for robustness and efficiency.
• Develop financial models for new initiatives across the GCC.
• Set up and manage management accounting for the UAE.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in investment banking, private equity, or strategy consulting at a top‑tier firm.
• Strong quantitative and technical abilities with a track record of complex financial modelling.
• Robust working knowledge of accounting principles.
