Finance Transformation Senior Consultant

About the role

Capgemini Invent is seeking a Finance Transformation Senior Consultant to lead the design and implementation of finance strategies, target operating models, and end‑to‑end process optimisation for CFO organisations. You will work closely with cross‑functional teams to deliver modern accounting, reporting, and treasury solutions powered by advanced analytics and emerging technologies.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement finance strategies and Target Operating Models for global clients.
• Optimise end‑to‑end finance processes across accounting, steering, reporting, and treasury functions.
• Design and deliver modern finance solutions leveraging AI, robotics and data analytics.
• Lead finance transformation programmes, including SAP S/4HANA roll‑outs, post‑merger integration and valuation projects.
• Drive adoption of new technologies across the finance function and ensure sustainable change.

Required profile

• Several years of hands‑on project experience in finance, with strong knowledge of management and financial accounting or treasury.
• Experience leading or co‑managing transformation projects is desirable.
• Strong analytical mindset, entrepreneurial spirit and ability to work in an international consulting environment.
• Outstanding academic record, excellent communication and presentation skills, and fluency in English.
