Financial Accountant – Revenue Reporting & Forecasting

About the role

The Financial Accountant will support Nestle Waters Factory in Dubai by managing daily revenue reporting, forecasting and month‑end closing activities. You will ensure accurate financial data, compliance with VAT regulations and timely posting of revenue and credit notes.

Key responsibilities

• Create daily revenue, dynamic forecast and best‑estimate reports.
• Execute month‑end closing activities, update KPI reports and revenue dashboards.
• Run long‑term forecast simulations, pricing, volume and channel segment analyses.
• Perform daily route reconciliation, order creation and matching of revenue & liabilities.
• Book and reconcile modern trade provisions.
• Post revenue and credit notes in the accounting system.
• Apply pricing policies and validate customer records, consumption data and free‑goods transactions.
• Handle cash‑in‑hand, bank and credit‑card postings and reconciliations.
• Manage intragroup invoices and VAT reconciliations.

Required profile

• Self‑starter with strong multitasking ability.
• Effective communicator with colleagues and management.
• Comfortable handling time‑critical situations in a fast‑paced environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce or related field.
• 3–5 years of relevant accounting experience.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Excel.
• Experience with accounting software and financial reporting.
• Bank reconciliation expertise.
• VAT reconciliation and knowledge of UAE tax requirements.
