Financial Analyst (Arabic Speaker)

About the role

Financial Analyst position requiring Arabic language skills, based in the United Arab Emirates. The role focuses on financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and preparing management reports for government, semi‑government or multinational organisations.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis to support strategic decision‑making.
• Prepare management reports, presentations and MIS reports for senior stakeholders.
• Perform root‑cause and scenario analyses, ensuring compliance with IFRS and IPSAS.
• Utilize ERP systems and advanced Excel models to improve financial reporting efficiency.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field.
• Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in financial reporting, MIS or accounting, preferably within UAE government or multinational organisations.
• Professional finance certification (e.g., ACA, CMA, CPA, CFA, ACCA, CIMA) is preferred.
• Fluent English communication; Arabic language skills are an advantage.

Required skills

• Advanced Microsoft Excel and financial modelling.
• Experience with ERP systems for financial data management.
• Financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis.
• Knowledge of IFRS and IPSAS accounting standards.
