Financial Analyst - FP&A

About the role

We are looking for a Financial Analyst to join our regional FP&A team covering the UAE, Kuwait, Qatar, Oman, and Bahrain. You will support budgeting, forecasting, management reporting and KPI analysis while partnering closely with Operations and Supply Chain.

Key responsibilities

• Support annual budget, quarterly forecast and rolling projection cycles across multiple markets.
• Consolidate market submissions and validate assumptions for headcount, OPEX and CAPEX.
• Build and update financial models for scenario planning and business decision support.
• Produce monthly FP&A packs with variance analysis (budget vs forecast vs prior year).
• Consolidate reporting outputs from ERP and consolidation tools (e.g., Oracle, OneStream).
• Support QBR packs and leadership dashboards, ensuring data accuracy and consistency.
• Track KPIs such as sales volumes, operating margin, cost per case, warehousing/distribution costs and working capital.
• Identify risks and opportunities, conduct root‑cause analysis and propose corrective actions.
• Assist with reporting automation and dashboard enhancement using Excel, Power BI and related tools.
• Partner with Operations/Supply Chain to align operational drivers with financial outcomes.

Required profile

• 2‑4 years of experience in FP&A, management reporting or business finance (logistics, FMCG or distribution preferred).
• Professional certification such as ACCA, CPA, CMA or CA is a plus.
