Financial Analyst – Global FP&A

About the role

We are seeking a sharp, detail‑driven Financial Analyst to join our Group FP&A team at headquarters. This high‑visibility position sits at the core of our global financial engine, supporting strategic decisions across all markets.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain group‑level and market P&L models, including DCF, NPV, and sensitivity analyses.
• Run market expansion analyses, TAM/SAM/SOM sizing, and competitive benchmarking.
• Consolidate multi‑currency market data, eliminate intercompany transactions (IFRS), and prepare monthly P&L packs and War Room materials.
• Support budgeting cycles, rolling forecasts, capital allocation decisions, and M&A screening.
• Track OPEX, headcount limits, and efficiency initiatives.

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience in financial analysis or FP&A.
• Exceptional attention to detail and strong analytical mindset.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
• Proactive problem‑solver with excellent communication skills.
• Comfortable working across markets and time zones; English at upper‑intermediate level or higher.

Required skills

• Financial modelling: DCF, NPV, sensitivity analysis, scenario planning.
• Consolidation fundamentals: FX translation, intercompany eliminations, IFRS basics.
• Advanced Excel.
• Power BI or Tableau (plus).
• Strategic frameworks: TAM/SAM/SOM, Porter’s Five Forces, capital allocation.
• ERP systems experience (1C, SAP, Oracle).
