Financial Analyst

About the role

We are seeking a Financial Analyst to join a well‑established construction chemicals company in the UAE. The role focuses on cost control, margin analysis, and financial reporting to support production, sales, and support activities.

Key responsibilities

• Review cost centers, cost elements, and expenses for production, sales, and support on a daily and monthly basis.
• Conduct margin analysis by product, market, customer and other relevant categories.
• Assist in monitoring and controlling overall production costs.
• Participate in month‑end closing of cost accounting in coordination with process owners.
• Take part in periodic stock counts of bulk materials and quarterly inventory verification.
• Support annual business planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
• Prepare presentations and analytical reports as required by management.
• Develop tools for financial analysis and forecasting.

Required profile

• Professional qualification: CA, CIMA or ACCA.
• Minimum 5 years of experience, preferably in a construction chemicals environment.
• At least one year of hands‑on training in costing and accounting.

Required skills

• SAP HANA (highly preferred).
• Advanced MS Excel.
• PowerPoint.
