Financial Controller

About the role

Radisson Blu Hotel Ajman is seeking an experienced Financial Controller to lead the hotel’s financial operations. You will ensure accurate reporting, strong internal controls, and compliance with UAE statutory requirements while supporting the General Manager and department heads.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee day‑to‑day financial operations, including revenue, expenses, cash flow and ledger transactions.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements and management reports.
• Lead the annual budgeting process and produce periodic forecasts, analysing variances and recommending corrective actions.
• Establish and maintain effective internal controls, ensuring compliance with company policies, accounting standards and UAE laws.
• Coordinate internal and external audits, manage VAT compliance and maintain proper financial documentation.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field; CPA, ACCA or CMA preferred.
• 5–8 years of finance/accounting experience, preferably in hotel or hospitality environments.
• Strong knowledge of hotel accounting, budgeting, forecasting and cost control.
• Excellent analytical, organizational and problem‑solving abilities.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
