Financial Crime Investigator – Insurance Division (Dubai)

About the role

We are seeking a Financial Crime Investigator to join the Insurance Division of Al-Futtaim in Dubai. The role supports the Compliance Department in establishing and maintaining AML, CTF, and CPF frameworks, ensuring the division meets all regulatory requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in developing and implementing AML/CTF/CPF policies and procedures.
• Coordinate with internal departments to obtain due‑diligence documentation.
• Execute due‑diligence activities and complete client risk assessments.
• Manage document retention and ensure reporting timelines are met.
• Review and implement screening and transaction monitoring systems.
• Identify red flags and control issues related to KYC and client onboarding.
• Investigate and prepare Suspicious Activity Reports and Suspicious Transaction Reports.
• Liaise with regulators and supervisors regarding the AML program.

Required profile

• Minimum of 1 month of relevant experience.
• Strong understanding of regulatory requirements for AML, CTF, and CPF.
• Excellent analytical and investigative skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and external regulators.
