Financial Due Diligence Analyst (Level 2) – Dubai (UAE Nationals)

About the role

You will collaborate with experienced due diligence professionals, gaining cross‑sector skills and travel opportunities within the MENA region. As you progress, you will handle complex transactions, lead teams, and build client relationships at EY.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct due diligence for private equity and corporate buyers, analysing financial and operational results of target companies.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure quality and share responsibilities.
• Keep senior members updated on progress and deliver findings.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in accounting or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of accounting experience, preferably with prior due diligence exposure.
• Ability to analyse financial and non‑financial information to form conclusions.
• Strong analytical, presentation and report‑writing abilities.
