Financial Planning & Analysis Lead

About the role

The Financial Planning & Analysis Lead will support Sephora's Management Team in achieving business and financial targets across the Middle East and Europe. This senior position partners with various business functions to deliver timely, high‑quality financial information and strategic insights.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the annual budgeting and re‑forecasting processes for key P&L lines, maintaining and improving forecasting models.
• Coordinate budget timelines within the FP&A team and produce monthly outlooks on an ad‑hoc basis.
• Conduct month‑end variance analysis, translating data into clear narratives for strategic decision‑making.
• Partner with business units to monitor investments, recommend improvements, and support month‑end close activities.
• Prepare and submit forecasts in LVMH systems, ensuring alignment with group reporting requirements.
• Produce entity and store P&L reports and provide ad‑hoc analyses as needed.

Required profile

• 7‑10 years of experience in FP&A, business partnering, or controlling roles.
• Experience in a multinational environment, preferably with exposure to European and Middle‑East markets.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to communicate complex financial data clearly.
• Proven ability to work collaboratively with cross‑functional teams.

Required skills

• Familiarity with LVMH reporting systems and consolidation processes.
