Finishing Supervisor and Engineer – Interior Fit‑Out Projects

About the role

We are looking for experienced Finishing Supervisors and Finishing Engineers to lead interior fit‑out and finishing works for our projects in Dubai. The role involves ensuring high‑quality workmanship, timely completion and strict compliance with specifications and safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily finishing activities, including painting, gypsum, ceilings, flooring, tiling and joinery.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, consultants and site teams to keep projects on schedule.
• Conduct site inspections, monitor quality control and ensure compliance with approved drawings.
• Identify technical issues, propose solutions and prepare progress and snagging reports.

Required profile

• Degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline.
• 3–8 years total experience with at least 2–5 years in the UAE interior fit‑out sector.
• Strong knowledge of finishing materials, methods and site execution.
• Proven team management and coordination abilities.

What we offer

• Competitive salary: AED 4,000–6,000 per month for Supervisors, AED 8,000–10,000 per month for Engineers.
