First Officer – A320 (Pilot)

About the role

Etihad is seeking an experienced First Officer to join its A320 fleet in Abu Dhabi. You will work alongside the Captain to ensure safe, efficient, and compliant flight operations while contributing to the airline’s growth and reputation for safety.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Captain with flight preparation, navigation, and aircraft operation.
• Maintain continuous monitoring of aircraft position, terrain, and weather.
• Provide clear communication and support for decision‑making in the cockpit.
• Uphold Etihad’s standards of discipline, conduct, and personal appearance.
• Assume command in case of Captain incapacitation, following company procedures.

Required profile

• Valid commercial pilot licence with appropriate ratings for the A320.
• Demonstrated professionalism, technical competence, and teamwork.
• Willingness to develop leadership capabilities for future command.
