Fit-Out Site Engineer

About the role

Royal Joinery is seeking a Fit‑Out Site Engineer to lead the delivery of high‑profile joinery and interior projects across Dubai. You will act as the main technical liaison on‑site, ensuring projects are completed safely, on schedule, and to the highest quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Report directly to the Project Manager and coordinate communication among production, site teams, contractors and clients.
• Manage day‑to‑day site operations, supervising labour and sub‑contractors.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety and security guidelines.
• Control quality of work, monitor material releases and maintain accurate site records.
• Prepare and update project schedules, monitor quantities and resolve technical issues on site.
• Oversee MEP, civil, joinery and interior fit‑out works for villas and high‑rise buildings.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in the UAE construction or fit‑out sector.
• Engineering diploma or equivalent qualification.
• Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
• Proven ability to manage multi‑disciplinary teams and build client relationships.
