Fit-Out Site Foreman

About the role

We are seeking a Fit‑Out Site Foreman to lead the delivery of high‑profile joinery and interior fit‑out projects for Royal Joinery in Dubai. The role involves coordinating the site team, subcontractors and clients to ensure projects are completed on time, to quality standards and in line with health and safety regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Report to the Project Manager and act as the main technical advisor on site.
• Manage day‑to‑day site operations, supervising labour and subcontractors.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety and security guidelines.
• Control quality of work, monitor material deliveries and maintain accurate site records.
• Prepare and update project schedules and site surveys.
• Coordinate MEP, civil, joinery and interior fit‑out activities for villas or high‑rise buildings.
• Facilitate communication between production, site teams, contractors and clients.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in the UAE construction or fit‑out sector.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Proven ability to manage site teams and subcontractors.
• Familiarity with raw materials used in joinery and interior fit‑out.
