Fit-Out Site Foreman

About the role

Royal Joinery is seeking an experienced Fit-Out Site Foreman to lead on‑site activities for high‑profile joinery and interior fit‑out projects. You will act as the main point of contact between the production team, contractors, and clients, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Report directly to the Project Manager and manage all site communications.
• Oversee day‑to‑day site operations, supervising labour and sub‑contractors.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and security guidelines.
• Control quality of work performed on site and conduct regular inspections.
• Prepare and maintain project schedules, monitor material deliveries, and keep accurate site records.
• Provide technical advice on‑site to resolve issues promptly.
• Monitor quantity, quality, and release of materials from suppliers.
• Handle MEP, civil, joinery, and interior fit‑out works for high‑rise buildings and villas.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 + years of relevant experience in the UAE construction or fit‑out sector.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Proven ability to lead and motivate a project team.
• Familiarity with raw materials used in joinery and interior fit‑out.
