Fit-Out Site Project Manager

About the role

OnTime Group UAE is seeking an experienced Fit-Out Site Project Manager to lead fit‑out projects from start to handover in Dubai. The role requires strong coordination of site activities, subcontractors, suppliers and internal teams to deliver projects on time, within budget and to quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Take overall responsibility for day‑to‑day management and execution of assigned fit‑out projects.
• Prepare, maintain and update project schedules, ensuring adherence to agreed timelines.
• Plan and coordinate site activities, manpower, materials, subcontractors and resources.
• Monitor progress against the approved program and implement corrective actions when delays arise.
• Ensure works comply with approved drawings, specifications, BOQ and project requirements.
• Conduct regular site inspections, monitor workmanship and quality across civil, architectural, MEP, HVAC, electrical, plumbing and fire‑life‑safety disciplines.
• Act as the primary liaison between the site team and internal departments (design, procurement, sales, commercial, accounts, management).
• Coordinate subcontractor and supplier performance, material deliveries and productivity on site.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing fit‑out projects in a construction environment.
• Highly organized with excellent project coordination abilities.
• Ability to proactively identify and resolve site issues.
• Strong knowledge of fit‑out works, drawings, specifications and BOQ.
