Fit-Out Site Project Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Fit‑Out Site Project Manager to lead interior fit‑out projects from start‑up to handover. The role involves coordinating all on‑site activities, managing subcontractors and suppliers, and ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget and to the required quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Take overall responsibility for day‑to‑day management and execution of assigned fit‑out projects.
• Prepare, maintain and update project schedules, ensuring all activities follow the agreed timeline.
• Plan and coordinate site activities, manpower, materials, subcontractors and specialist resources.
• Monitor progress against the approved programme, identify delays and implement corrective actions.
• Conduct regular site inspections to verify workmanship, quality and compliance with drawings, specifications and BOQ.
• Act as the main liaison between the site team and internal departments such as design, procurement, sales, commercial, accounts and management.
• Supervise subcontractors and suppliers, ensuring adherence to schedule, drawings and quality requirements.
• Manage material deliveries, procurement coordination and ensure availability of equipment as per schedule.
• Escalate potential issues promptly and develop recovery plans when projects fall behind.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing interior fit‑out projects in the construction sector.
• Strong knowledge of civil, architectural, MEP, HVAC, electrical, plumbing and fire‑life‑safety disciplines.
• Excellent organisational and coordination abilities with a proactive problem‑solving approach.
• Ability to communicate clearly with internal teams, subcontractors and clients.
