Fitness Instructor – Abu Dhabi

About the role

Accor is seeking an enthusiastic and certified Fitness Instructor to join its premier fitness centre in Abu Dhabi. You will inspire a diverse member community, delivering safe and motivating group classes while providing personalized guidance to help members achieve their fitness goals.

Key responsibilities

• Design and lead engaging group fitness classes across various modalities such as strength, cardio, flexibility and functional training.
• Assess individual fitness levels, goals and limitations to create customized workout programs and modifications.
• Demonstrate proper exercise techniques, ensure equipment safety and maintain a clean, organized workout environment.
• Provide motivational coaching, constructive feedback and track member progress.
• Educate members on gym policies, equipment usage and safety protocols.
• Collaborate with team members on class schedules, special events and member engagement initiatives.
• Perform opening and closing procedures and maintain accurate records of attendance and program adjustments.

Required profile

• Certified fitness instructor with a passion for health and wellness.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships with members.
• Commitment to maintaining high standards of safety, professionalism and customer service.

Required skills

• Fitness certification (e.g., ACE, NASM, or equivalent).
• Knowledge of group class design and exercise technique.
• Ability to assess fitness levels and tailor programs.
