Fitness Instructor

About the role

Join Accor’s vibrant hotel community in Abu Dhabi as a Fitness Instructor, delivering professional and engaging wellness experiences to guests. You will lead individual and group sessions, maintain equipment, and uphold the highest standards of safety and service.

Key responsibilities

• Provide friendly, professional service to all guests and ensure a welcoming fitness environment.
• Supervise daily fitness operations, enforce protocols, and maintain cleanliness of the fitness area.
• Conduct personal training, group classes (e.g., Aqua, HIIT, Boot camp, Boxing) and in‑service education sessions.
• Perform routine equipment checks, report work orders, and coordinate maintenance to guarantee safe operation.
• Assist in recruiting, training, and scheduling fitness staff in line with productivity guidelines.
• Follow all departmental, safety, and sanitation policies.

Required profile

• Previous experience as a Fitness Instructor.
• Relevant fitness certification; CPR and First Aid certification preferred.
• Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal abilities.
• Reliable, responsible, and able to work effectively within a team.

Required skills

• Computer literacy.
• CPR certification.
• First Aid certification.
