Fitness Professional - Spa & Fitness Centre

About the role

Jumeirah Marsa Al Arab, a luxury lifestyle destination in Dubai with a resort, residences, marina, spa and fitness centre, is hiring a fitness professional. The role covers designing and delivering personalised fitness programmes, leading group classes and providing one-on-one personal training.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement personalised fitness programmes tailored to each guest's needs and goals, including workout routines, fitness assessments and progress tracking.
• Conduct and lead group fitness classes such as aerobics, yoga, Pilates or strength training, suitable for various fitness levels.
• Provide one-on-one personal training sessions with expert guidance, motivation and support.
• Keep fitness equipment in good working order, report malfunctions to the maintenance team and enforce safety protocols and correct usage of equipment.
• Engage guests, answer questions and give advice on health and wellness.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science, Kinesiology, Sports Science or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience as a fitness professional, personal trainer or in a similar role in a gym, health club or hotel environment.
