Fitness Supervisor

About the role

The Fitness Supervisor ensures guests receive personalized fitness guidance while maintaining a safe, welcoming recreation environment within W Hotels.

Key responsibilities

• Assess guests' current exercise programs and develop personalized fitness plans.
• Provide guidance on proper use of fitness equipment and ensure a safe, enjoyable environment.
• Register and schedule guests for recreation activities, process equipment rentals and retail sales.
• Monitor equipment condition, report maintenance needs and maintain supplies such as cups and water.
• Support management with hiring, training, scheduling and employee coaching, and uphold company policies and safety standards.

Required profile

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Less than one year of related fitness or hospitality experience.
• No prior supervisory experience required.
• Valid CPR and First Aid certifications.
• Certification or training for fitness equipment operation as required by local regulations.
