Fitness Trainer – 5-Star Hotel

About the role

We are looking for a professional Fitness Trainer to join a prestigious 5‑star hotel. You will deliver high‑quality fitness and wellness services to guests and members, creating personalized training programs while maintaining a welcoming and professional environment.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct personal training sessions and fitness assessments for guests and members.
• Develop customized workout programs based on individual fitness levels, goals, and requirements.
• Provide guidance on proper exercise techniques, equipment usage, and safe training practices.
• Monitor client progress and adjust training programs as needed.
• Maintain a friendly, professional relationship with guests and ensure a safe, clean fitness facility.
• Lead group fitness sessions or wellness activities when required.
• Perform routine equipment checks and report maintenance or safety concerns.
• Promote the hotel’s fitness, wellness, and related services.
• Maintain accurate records of assessments, sessions, and client progress.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Fitness or Personal Trainer, preferably in a luxury hotel, resort or premium fitness facility.
• International or European work experience is an advantage.
• Relevant certification in Fitness, Sports Science, Physical Education or Personal Training from a recognized institution.
• Valid CPR/First Aid/AED certification is a plus.
• Excellent English communication and customer‑service skills.
• Professional appearance, energetic personality and guest‑focused approach.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
