Flagship Store Director – Luxury Retail at Dubai Mall

About the role

The Flagship Store Director will own a high‑volume luxury boutique in Dubai Mall, driving commercial performance and shaping the client experience for a leading international Maison.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver financial targets, including sales, profitability, budgets and cost control.
• Lead and develop a senior management team of 50+ staff, building a strong leadership pipeline.
• Shape product assortment, buying and inventory decisions in collaboration with regional and global teams.
• Strengthen relationships with UHNW and VIP clients, overseeing private appointments and events.
• Ensure operational excellence across inventory, security, visual standards and compliance.

Required profile

• Proven experience directing a luxury flagship generating ~USD 50 million+ annually.
• Track record of improving business performance and developing senior retail teams.
• Deep understanding of luxury fashion, leather goods or accessories and the UHNW client segment.
• Strong commercial acumen with ability to make data‑driven decisions on budgets and product mix.
• Excellent communication, discretion and the confidence to represent the brand with senior stakeholders.
