Floor Manager – Café Operations

About the role

Le Café LPM is seeking a Floor Manager to lead the front‑of‑house team, ensure an exceptional guest experience, and keep every shift running smoothly from the first cover to the last goodbye.

Key responsibilities

• Handle guest concerns calmly, turn situations around, and follow up on feedback without prompting.
• Brief, train, and motivate the team daily, maintaining high energy, consistent standards, and continuous growth.
• Maintain deep product knowledge of the menu, drinks, and the story behind each offering, and ensure the team shares this knowledge.
• Oversee the full floor, coordinate with kitchen and bar, manage service flow, and keep operations on time and on brand.
• Ensure mise en place, table settings, cleanliness, shift planning, and brand presentation meet the highest standards before guests arrive.
• Stay calm in a fast‑paced environment, solve problems proactively, and know when to act or escalate.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of supervisory or front‑of‑house managerial experience in a premium or high‑volume restaurant.
• Fluent English is mandatory; French, another European language, or Arabic are a plus.
