Floor Supervisor – Interior Fit‑Out

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Floor Supervisor to lead daily interior fit‑out activities on luxury villa, retail and commercial projects. The role involves coordinating site operations, supervising subcontractors and labour teams, and ensuring quality and safety standards are met.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily fit‑out activities on site for luxury villas, retail stores and commercial projects.
• Monitor work progress against project schedules and approved drawings.
• Coordinate with project managers, site engineers, subcontractors, suppliers and internal teams.
• Ensure all finishing works meet quality standards and client expectations.
• Conduct regular site inspections to resolve workmanship, safety or delay issues.
• Manage site manpower allocation and monitor productivity.
• Verify materials delivered, ensure proper storage and utilization.
• Maintain compliance with health, safety and environmental regulations.
• Report progress, challenges and resource needs to management.
• Assist in snagging, de‑snagging, handovers and client inspections.
• Maintain site documentation, daily reports and records of completed work.

Required profile

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Interior Design or related field (preferred).
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience supervising interior fit‑out projects.
• Mandatory experience in luxury villa and high‑end retail fit‑out projects within the UAE.
• Strong understanding of fit‑out processes, finishing works, joinery, MEP coordination and project execution.
• Proven ability to manage multiple subcontractors and site teams.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Experience with project reporting tools.
