About the role

The Fly High Programme is a highly selective, three‑year fast‑track leadership development journey for Emiratization talent within the Emirates Group. Participants rotate across key business areas, gain international exposure, and work on real projects that impact the airline’s strategic priorities.

Key responsibilities

• Complete structured rotations in core Emirates Group functions to build a solid business foundation.
• Contribute to live business projects and deliver measurable results from the early stages of the programme.
• Gain experience within the Group’s global network and operate in an international environment.
• Lead strategic initiatives or projects during the specialization phase, engaging senior stakeholders.

Required profile

• Emiratization candidate holding a valid Family Book.
• Age 27 or younger.
• Bachelor’s degree with a minimum GPA of 3.5.
• IELTS overall score of 6 or higher.
