FM Site Inspector

About the role

The FM Site Inspector is responsible for inspecting, monitoring and verifying the quality of facilities management services across operational sites in Abu Dhabi. The role ensures compliance with contractual requirements, company standards, statutory regulations and client expectations while supporting continuous improvement initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct routine and planned quality inspections of hard services, soft services, civil, ICT and specialized facilities management activities.
• Verify completed maintenance works, preventive maintenance activities and projects against specifications and client expectations.
• Identify, document and report non‑conformities, defects and service deficiencies, and ensure timely escalation.
• Validate the effectiveness of corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) arising from audits, inspections and client complaints.
• Maintain accurate inspection records, quality reports and trend analyses to support management reporting.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Facilities Management.
• 3–5 years of experience in FM site inspections, facilities management, building maintenance or related engineering services.
• Certification in ISO standards (QMS) preferred.
• Experience with CAFM systems and digital inspection platforms is an advantage.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• Ability to use CAFM systems and inspection software.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities for identifying non‑conformities.
