About the role

Join Hilton’s vibrant hospitality team as a Food & Beverage Assistant, where you will help create memorable dining experiences for guests across bars, restaurants, room service, and events.

Key responsibilities

• Support all F&B operations, working across bar, restaurant, room service, and events.
• Greet guests warmly, take and serve orders accurately, and maintain high service standards.
• Set and arrange tables, fold napkins, and ensure proper placement of tableware for dining and events.
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and compliant with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol regulations.

Required profile

• A passion for hospitality and delivering exceptional guest experiences.
• Integrity, teamwork, leadership, ownership, and a sense of urgency.

Required skills

• Ability to follow health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness standards.
