About the role

The Food and Beverage Service Attendant joins our growing Abu Dhabi restaurant team, delivering a welcoming atmosphere and high‑quality dining experience. This full‑time, on‑site position involves greeting guests, taking orders, and ensuring smooth service throughout each shift.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and seat guests, present menus, and take food and beverage orders.
• Serve meals and drinks according to restaurant standards.
• Set up, clear, and maintain cleanliness of tables and dining area.
• Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure accurate order delivery.
• Handle basic payment processes, including cash and POS transactions.
• Respond to guest requests, resolve minor service issues, and uphold safety standards.
• Work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Required profile

• Demonstrated experience in food service or hospitality environments.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a fast‑paced setting.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Basic numeracy for handling bills and payments.
• Willingness to work flexible hours as part of a diverse team.

Required skills

• Familiarity with POS systems (advantageous).
