Food and Beverage Supervisor (Arabic Speaker)

About the role

Join the Hilton team as a Food and Beverage Supervisor and lead daily banquet operations while delivering memorable guest experiences. You will ensure service excellence in line with Hilton brand standards.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily F&B operations, conduct pre‑shift briefings, assign duties and monitor performance.
• Ensure outlet readiness, maintain cleanliness, proper setup, equipment, and staff grooming.
• Monitor service quality, resolve guest complaints promptly and follow up on feedback.
• Lead, coach and train team members on service standards, menu knowledge and upselling.
• Coordinate with Kitchen, Stewarding, Front Office and other departments for efficient operations.
• Drive revenue through suggestive selling, promotions and achievement of sales targets.
• Control costs by monitoring wastage, stock levels and operating supplies.
• Enforce food safety, hygiene, HACCP, allergen management and workplace safety standards.

Required profile

• Passion for hospitality and delivering exceptional guest experiences.
• Integrity, leadership, teamwork, ownership and a sense of urgency.
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in Food & Beverage operations, preferably in an upscale hotel.
• Previous supervisory experience in a restaurant or hotel F&B outlet.
• Strong communication, problem‑solving and guest service skills.
• Fluency in English and Arabic.

Required skills

• Knowledge of food safety, hygiene and HACCP procedures.
• Understanding of food and beverage service standards and menu knowledge.
• Ability to lead a team during peak periods while maintaining high service standards.
