Join Miral Experiences as a Food & Beverage Assistant Manager, overseeing the smooth operation of assigned outlets within the Yas Island attractions. You will lead a team, ensure high standards of service, and contribute directly to the guest experience.

Key responsibilities

• Display a friendly, helpful and cheerful attitude while interacting with guests and colleagues.
• Represent the brand positively and maintain a professional image at all times.
• Enforce UAE health, safety and environmental regulations and report any concerns.
• Engage each guest individually, listen to requests and respond to feedback.
• Follow emergency procedures, assist in evacuations and manage any incident that arises.
• Support special events and assist with preparation and execution.
• Control operational costs and seek efficiency improvements.
• Schedule staff, supervise team‑leader performance and conduct internal training.
• Maintain a clean, safe and hygienic environment for guests and staff.
• Help achieve departmental KPIs and overall company objectives.

Required profile
