Key responsibilities

• Engage each guest with personalized service, listening to preferences and following company greeting and seating protocols.
• Provide menu guidance, answer product inquiries and suggest strategic wine, drink and side‑order pairings.
• Process dining orders accurately, communicate precisely with the kitchen and ensure timely delivery of multi‑course meals.
• Conduct thorough opening and closing routines, adhering to company standards for a flawless shift transition.
• Execute standardized serving techniques for all menu items, including plating and beverage presentation.
• Act as host, introducing staff to guests and facilitating smooth service transitions.
• Address guest concerns promptly, applying recovery solutions in line with company policies.
• Support food safety measures, manage stock levels and collaborate with team members to uphold operational excellence.
