Food & Beverage Associate

About the role

Miral Experiences is looking for a Food & Beverage Associate to join its hospitality team at its Abu Dhabi attractions. The role focuses on delivering exceptional guest service, maintaining high standards of food and beverage presentation, and supporting the overall brand experience.

Key responsibilities

• Follow all company standards, mission statements, values and standard operating procedures.
• Maintain a helpful, cheerful attitude and open body posture while communicating with guests and colleagues.
• Comply with grooming standards and dress code at all times.
• Represent Miral Experiences positively to uphold a professional brand image.
• Support department and company objectives, action plans and key performance indicators.
• Adhere to UAE laws, health, safety and environmental policies, reporting any concerns.
• Engage each guest individually, listen attentively to requests, and ensure their safety through emergency procedures.
• Greet guests according to standard operating procedures.
• Answer menu questions, suggest food and beverage options, and upsell drinks and side orders.
• Relay food orders to the kitchen and serve courses in the correct sequence.
• Execute restaurant opening and closing procedures as defined.
• Apply correct serving techniques for all food and beverage items.
• Act as host when designated.
