About the role

As a Food & Beverage Associate at Miral Experiences, you will deliver memorable dining experiences for guests across our world‑class attractions in Abu Dhabi. You will combine meticulous attention to detail with proactive guest engagement to ensure every visit exceeds expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Engage each guest with personalized service, following company greetings and seating protocols.
• Provide menu guidance, suggest pairings, and answer product‑related inquiries.
• Process orders accurately, communicate with the kitchen, and ensure timely delivery of multi‑course meals.
• Conduct opening and closing routines, maintaining cleanliness, safety, and stock levels.
• Handle transactions, upsell responsibly, and resolve guest concerns promptly.
• Enforce food safety standards and collaborate with team members to achieve departmental goals.
