Key responsibilities

• Create memorable experiences by welcoming and engaging guests, anticipating needs and providing personalized assistance during their dining experience.
• Support special requests, celebrations and VIP arrangements with care and professionalism.
• Respond promptly to guest questions, feedback and concerns, following up to ensure satisfaction.
• Coordinate closely with service, kitchen and management teams to ensure smooth service, seating and an exceptional guest experience.
• Maintain accurate guest preferences, reservations and service notes while communicating special requests to relevant teams.
• Uphold Hilton service, grooming and professional standards, creating positive and lasting impressions for guests.
