About the role

The Food & Beverage Supervisor oversees the daily operations of the hotel's food and beverage outlets, ensuring an exceptional guest experience while meeting departmental targets. This role involves leading a team, maintaining brand standards, and supporting financial and training objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise food and beverage outlet operations to deliver high-quality service.
• Communicate and delegate tasks to team members, ensuring targets are achieved.
• Maintain compliance with brand standards, health, safety, and security regulations.
• Handle guest queries promptly and represent team needs to management.
• Assist management in achieving financial goals and in training and developing staff.
• Participate in performance appraisals and support cross‑departmental collaboration.

Required profile

• Previous experience in food and beverage operations, preferably in a hotel environment.
• Strong commitment to delivering high levels of customer service.
• Positive attitude, good communication skills, and flexibility to adapt to varying situations.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team, with a willingness to develop self and others.
