Food & Beverage Supervisor – Luxury Resort

About the role

Join the Food & Beverage team at Meliá Desert Palm, a luxury urban resort in Dubai. As an F&B Supervisor you will support the F&B Manager in delivering exceptional guest experiences across all dining venues.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant operations and ensure service excellence.
• Motivate and develop team members to maintain the highest standards.
• Monitor guest satisfaction and address operational challenges promptly.
• Ensure compliance with service standards, health & safety, and brand guidelines.
• Manage shift schedules and work flexibly during weekends and public holidays.

Required profile

• 1–3 years supervisory experience in Food & Beverage, preferably in a luxury hotel or resort.
• High School Diploma or equivalent; hospitality qualifications are a plus.
• Strong knowledge of restaurant operations, service standards, and guest experience management.
• Proven ability to lead, motivate and develop a diverse team in a fast‑paced environment.
• Excellent communication, problem‑solving and decision‑making skills.
• Professional appearance, hands‑on attitude and high attention to detail.
• Organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience with restaurant management systems such as MICROS/POS.
