Food & Drinks Supervisor – Pool & Beach

About the role

Join the hospitality team at Waldorf Astoria Ras Al Khaimah as a Food & Drinks Supervisor for the pool and beach venues. You will lead daily restaurant operations, ensuring guests receive memorable service in a vibrant, beachfront setting.

Key responsibilities

• Train, supervise, counsel and evaluate restaurant staff to maintain efficient operations.
• Assign work duties, monitor performance and ensure compliance with sanitation and safety standards.
• Inspect equipment and facilities, initiate corrective actions, and oversee maintenance work orders.
• Monitor product quality, verify temperatures, and ensure food meets guest specifications.
• Interact with guests, gather feedback, and resolve complaints promptly.
• Manage inventory forecasts, stock linen, glassware, silverware, china and condiments.
• Set up dining and service areas and ensure adherence to all relevant policies, procedures and regulations.

Required profile

• Minimum of 1 month experience in restaurant or food‑and‑beverage operations.
• Strong supervisory and coaching abilities.
• Good understanding of sanitation, safety and equipment maintenance.
• Ability to monitor guest satisfaction and handle complaints effectively.
