About the role
The Foreman – Elevator Installation will lead the mechanical installation of elevators and lifts on construction sites. This hands‑on role requires strong leadership, strict adherence to approved shop drawings, project specifications, and safety standards. You will ensure installations are completed efficiently, safely, and to the highest quality.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise on‑site mechanical installation of elevators and lifts.
- Ensure all work follows approved shop drawings and project specifications.
- Monitor compliance with safety standards and local regulations.
- Coordinate with site engineers, electricians and subcontractors to maintain schedule.
- Conduct regular inspections and report progress to project management.
Required profile
- Proven hands‑on experience in elevator or lift installation.
- Strong leadership and team‑management abilities.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
- Commitment to uphold safety standards on construction sites.
