Foreman – Piping

About the role

The Foreman – Piping will lead and coordinate pipe fitters, welders, riggers, fabricators and helpers on daily piping activities for oil & gas projects in Abu Dhabi.

Key responsibilities

• Assign daily work to the crew as directed by the Piping Supervisor and monitor progress.
• Supervise piping fabrication, fit‑up, erection, installation and alignment according to approved drawings and specifications.
• Verify availability of correct materials, fittings, valves and supports before work commences.
• Ensure workmanship meets quality requirements and project standards.
• Coordinate with QA/QC personnel during inspections and address punch items and non‑conformities.
• Assist in hydrostatic and pneumatic testing, flushing, reinstatement and pre‑commissioning activities.

Required profile

• ITI/Trade Certificate or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline.
• 5–8 years of experience in piping construction, including at least 3 years as a Piping Foreman on oil & gas projects.
• Willingness to work in remote locations as required.
• Ability to safely use hand and power tools.
