Forklift Maintenance Technician

About the role

The Forklift Maintenance Technician is responsible for preventive and breakdown maintenance of industrial equipment across Julphar plants. The role ensures equipment reliability, supports uninterrupted production, and upholds cGMP standards.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain industrial shutter doors (automatic and manual), cleaning machines, electrical and diesel forklifts.
• Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance following SOPs and safety procedures.
• Report technical faults and safety risks, and implement corrective actions.
• Read and interpret blueprints, technical diagrams, manuals, and specifications.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to avoid production interruptions.
• Maintain accurate documentation, including manuals and maintenance records.

Required profile

• Diploma or technical certificate in Electromechanical Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of maintenance experience with forklifts, industrial shutter doors, and cleaning equipment.
• Strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
• Familiarity with cGMP principles and data integrity.
• Proficient written and spoken English.
