Forward Deployed AI Engineer

About the role

BCG X is looking for a Forward Deployed AI Engineer to join its Dubai team. You will work at the intersection of consulting and technology, helping clients turn complex business challenges into AI‑driven solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Own the end‑to‑end analytics value chain, from problem framing to algorithm design, implementation and large‑scale deployment.
• Collaborate with clients across BCG regions and industries on projects such as climate‑change analytics and digital transformation.
• Build custom AI software and contribute to industry‑specific AI product suites.
• Develop and share thought‑leadership through papers, conference talks and internal workshops.
• Enable client teams to adopt and operationalise AI solutions.

Required profile

• Strong passion for software development and large‑scale data analytics.
• Ability to work closely with client stakeholders and translate business needs into technical specifications.
• Excellent problem‑solving skills and a collaborative mindset.
