Forward Deployed Engineer

About the role

You will work directly with customers on their toughest AI challenges, designing and building solutions on top of the Open Innovation Platform. The focus is on delivering customer‑specific workflows, data integrations, and user interfaces while leveraging the platform’s model inference, agent orchestration, and retrieval capabilities.

Key responsibilities

• Embed with client stakeholders to translate business problems into technical AI solutions.
• Build AI solutions on the OI Platform, including agent workflows, RAG pipelines, custom applications, and data products that connect to enterprise systems.
• Own the full lifecycle from discovery, architecture, and development to deployment and iteration with real users.
• Transform large, complex data sets into formats suitable for AI models.
• Collaborate with product engineers, deployment strategists, and client teams on solution design and strategy.
• Travel to client sites for workshops, live debugging, and relationship building as needed.

Required profile

• Strong engineering background in computer science, software engineering, mathematics, physics, or data science.
• 4+ years of experience in backend, data, or full‑stack engineering.
