Foundation Phase Educator – Early Years Teacher

About the role

Kids First Group is seeking a dynamic Foundation Phase Educator to join its early years team across its UAE nurseries. The successful candidate will deliver an enriched Year 1 curriculum, foster a love of learning, and support children’s holistic development.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging Year 1 lessons aligned with the chosen curriculum (EYFS, Montessori, Reggio Emilia, etc.).
• Create a stimulating classroom environment that encourages creativity and curiosity.
• Collaborate with colleagues to design and implement extra‑curricular activities.
• Maintain open communication with parents to support each child’s academic and emotional wellbeing.
• Participate in team meetings, flexible liaison with staff, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education (or equivalent qualifications such as HND, BTEC, PGCE).
• At least 2 years of relevant teaching experience, preferably with Year 1 students.
• Strong academic background, well‑organized, and excellent interpersonal skills.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication abilities.
• Passionate, enthusiastic, and committed to professional growth.
