FP&A Manager – Healthcare (HealthHub)

About the role

The FP&A Manager will act as the forward‑looking engine of HealthHub’s finance function, turning financial and operational data into actionable insights that drive strategic decisions, improve patient outcomes, and enhance business performance.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the development of annual budgets and rolling forecasts, aligning them with business strategy and operational drivers such as patient volumes and utilisation.
• Track actuals versus budget, provide clear variance analysis, and deliver actionable recommendations to senior stakeholders.
• Build detailed financial models for clinic expansions, new services, and investment cases, including ROI and sensitivity analysis.
• Partner closely with clinical and operational teams to translate financial data into meaningful commercial insights.
• Prepare executive‑level presentations, dashboards, and insights to support leadership discussions and business planning.
• Continuously enhance FP&A processes, governance, and reporting tools (e.g., SAP, Power BI) to drive efficiency and accuracy.

Required profile

• 5–8+ years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or similar roles.
• Proven experience working in a healthcare environment (clinics, hospitals, or healthcare groups).
• Strong hands‑on experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial modelling.
• Experience partnering with operations or business teams in a multi‑site environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; professional qualification (ACCA, CIMA, CPA, CFA) preferred.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel and financial modelling skills.
• Experience with BI tools such as Power BI and Tableau.
• Familiarity with ERP/reporting systems like SAP.
