About the role
Monks is building a vibrant community of freelancers to work on exciting projects across the MENA region. We are looking for creative professionals who can contribute to a variety of client initiatives, collaborating remotely with our global team.
Key responsibilities
- Creative Directors – lead concept development and visual strategy.
- Copywriters – craft compelling copy for diverse media.
- Art Directors – oversee visual execution and design direction.
- Graphic Designers – produce branding, digital, and print assets.
- AV Designers – create audio‑visual content for campaigns.
- Social Strategists – develop and implement social media plans.
- Influencer Managers – coordinate influencer partnerships and activations.
Required profile
- Strong experience working within the GCC region.
- Fluent in Arabic with excellent communication skills.
