About the role
We are looking for an experienced Freelance Food & Beverage Manager to lead vendor sourcing, onboarding and day‑to‑day management for a series of events and festivals scheduled between July and December 2026. The role will ensure a diverse, high‑quality F&B offering that matches each event’s theme and audience expectations.
Key responsibilities
- Identify, approach and secure food and beverage vendors that align with event themes and commercial goals.
- Manage the vendor application, screening, evaluation and selection process, maintaining a strong pipeline of qualified partners.
- Oversee end‑to‑end onboarding, negotiate contracts, and ensure all permits, licenses and insurance documents are approved.
- Serve as the primary liaison between clients, event agencies and vendors, coordinating communications and resolving operational issues.
- Collect daily sales data, prepare revenue summaries and support post‑event reconciliation.
- Monitor vendor performance during events, ensuring compliance with health, safety and operational standards.
Required profile
- 3–5 years of experience in F&B management, vendor management, event or festival operations.
- Proven track record managing F&B vendors for large‑scale public events or festivals.
- Strong knowledge of the UAE events and hospitality market.
- Bilingual in English and Arabic.
- Excellent negotiation, communication and relationship‑building abilities.
- Highly organized, able to work independently and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
